MANDARIN SALAD 
1/2 c. pecan halves, toasted in 300 oven for 20 minutes
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (4 oz.)
1 red onion, cut into rings
Lettuce, broken into bite size pieces and chilled
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared as directed

Chill lettuce, oranges and onion. Add pecans and dressing just before serving.
