SALAD MANDARIN 
Bibb or Boston lettuce, torn
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained
1 med. avocado, sliced
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
2 green onions, sliced
3/4 lb. boneless chicken, seasoned with Italian dressing
Pepper to taste
Italian dressing

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and brown in skillet until cooked through. Cool thoroughly. Add all ingredients just before serving and toss with dressing. 3 servings.
