MILE HIGH MERINGUE 
3 egg whites
2 1/2 tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. flavoring
3 tbsp. sugar

Add water to whites. Beat until frothy. Add tartar and flavoring. Beat until stiff. Add sugar and beat until in peaks. Bake 12 minutes at 325 degrees.
