MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries or (1 1/4 c. fresh sweetened strawberries)
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Place thawed strawberries, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice in large bowl of mixer. Beat at medium speed for 20 minutes or until stiff. Whip the cream and fold into strawberry mixture. Pour lightly into two baked pastry shells. Freeze overnight or several hours. Makes two 8 inch pies.
