CEDRIC'S CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. cabbage, shredded
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted

Saute onion and beef in butter; add salt and pepper. Place 1/2 of cabbage in greased casserole dish. Spread on meat mixture; top with remaining cabbage. Top with tomato soup; cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
