1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream together butter and sugars. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls, flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
