NACHO DIP 
2 tbsp. butter
Chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped chili pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3/4 c. milk (stir and boil 1 minute)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 c. grated cheese

Saute butter, chopped onion and chopped chili pepper. Add flour, salt and pepper and cook until bubbly; then add milk and boil 1 minute. Cook beef and taco seasoning as directed on seasoning packet. Mix meat and sauce mixture together. Add 2 1/2 grated cheese to melt. Serve with chips.
