TACO DIP 
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg.taco seasoning
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lg. tomatoes, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
Nacho Chips

Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread evenly over cookie sheet. Spread even layers of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cheese over sour cream mixture. Eat with Nacho Chips or crackers.
