DOT'S HEALTHY THREE BEAN SALAD 
If you are looking for more fiber in your diet, this is excellent! Also good for take-alongs (picnics, etc.).

1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans, rinse & drain
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinse & drain
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinse & drain
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1 cup olive oil & vinegar dressing (I use Ken's)

Mix all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Add dressing, toss to coat. Best if refrigerated for at least 1 hour or more before serving. Enjoy!
