BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER WITH
CRAB
 
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 (5 oz.) can crab meat (or 1/2 cup fresh cooked crab meat)

DRESSING:

1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Break broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets, and blanch. Refrigerate until cold.

Before serving, combine vegetables, crab meat and dressing mix. Serve cold.
