BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER WITH CRAB | |
1 cup broccoli 1 cup cauliflower 1 (5 oz.) can crab meat (or 1/2 cup fresh cooked crab meat) DRESSING: 1/2 cup dairy sour cream 1/2 cup mayonnaise salt and pepper, to taste Break broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets, and blanch. Refrigerate until cold. Before serving, combine vegetables, crab meat and dressing mix. Serve cold. Submitted by: SHY |
