BROCCOLI - CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or equivalent in fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 oz. crab or imitation crab flakes
Canned onion rings

Cook broccoli. Place spears, drained, in shallow baking dish. Add crab flakes. Combine soup and cheese. Pour over crab. Top with canned onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
