LINDA'S LAYERED SALAD 
Spinach
Cucumbers
Mushroom s
Red cabbage
Grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped walnuts
8 hard boiled eggs
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 red onion

SAUCE:

12 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix

Using a large glass bowl, layer the salad as follows: In the bottom of the salad bowl, place 1/3 of the spinach, cabbage, mushrooms, walnuts, cucumbers (on the edge of the bowl), sliced eggs (on edge too), grated cheese and frozen peas and sauce. Repeat layers 2 times or until ingredients run out. Top with sauce and onion rings. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
