PEACH ICE CREAM 
1 qt. fresh peaches, peeled and crushed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. light cream
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. almond extract

Combine peaches and sugar, let stand for 10 minutes. Add light and heavy cream filling freezer 2/3 full. Pack freezer with 1 cup salt to 8 cups of ice.
