1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. flour

Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and butter. Set aside. Put warm water in warm bowl. Add yeast and dissolve. Stir in first mixture. Then add eggs and 1/2 of the flour. Beat until smooth, add rest of flour. Knead well.

Place in greased bowl and let rise until about double. Punch down, roll and cut into triangles. Deep fry. Serve with cold milk and honey butter. "Delicious" on Wyoming mornings-or-anytime.
