MOM'S APPLE ROLL 
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Bring water and sugar to boil. Pour into bottom of sprayed 8"x11" baking dish. Mix Bisquick and milk. Add more Bisquick as needed until dough is stiff enough to roll. Roll dough. Cover with apples, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up like jelly roll and cut into slices. Lay slices in pan put a pat of butter on each slice. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
