CHICKEN CURRY (Diet Dish) 
4 oz. chicken breast
1/3 c. fresh green onions, chopped
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/4 c. chicken broth
Curry powder to taste
1 garlic clove, crushed or garlic powder

Slice chicken into strips and saute in chicken broth in non-stick pan. Add onions and pineapple, sprinkle with curry and garlic. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Good served over rice. Approximately 210 calories.
