CHICKEN DIET CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 c. warm water mixed with soup

Place chicken in large pan. Pour rice over the chicken. Then pour soup over chicken and rice and dot with butter. (Make sure all the rice is covered with the soup.) Cover COVERED for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
