EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. box Quick cooking rice or 3 c. cooked slightly reg. rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1 cut in pieces frying chicken Grease 9 x 13 inch or 8 x 12 inch baking dish and sprinkle rice on bottom. Heat the 2 cans of soup with milk, stirring until well blended. Pour on rice. Put pieces of chicken over top and sprinkle dry soup over it. Seal pan with foil and bake 2 hours. Keeps well until serving time. 4-6 servings - more if chicken. |
