MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream corn
2 hot peppers
1 med. onion
2 eggs
4 slices cheese

Mix all ingredients. Pour one half of batter into pan, line with cheese and pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
