BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

I love to to make a bologna sandwich with Hunt's (it doesn't have to be Hunt's, but that is my preference) BBQ sauce slathered on it, just enough to where it almost runs out when you try to eat it. It is even better if you fry the bologna in the BBQ sauce, but I always want to go ahead and eat the sandwich before I can go through the process of frying it.

Love the recipe! Fast and simple. I modified it a bit to make it my own. I buttered the insides of both sides of the bread, added a little pepper and used French's mustard as it wasn't specified the kind of mustard to use. The next time I use this great recipe, i'll try lightly toasting the bread. Hope this helps and thank you for the great tip about cleaning up after I make this recipe, it settles the stomach grumbles much quicker. One question though, why is the bologna round and the bread is square? Bon Appetit!

My 5 year old just eats it out of the package; he calls it a ham or bologna roll up. No fancy bread or mustard required. And if he's feeling super hungry, he adds a piece of cheese to it! Imagine the possibilities!

Where I live, they don't sell Oscar Meyer baloney in the deli anymore. I used to get it sliced extra thin and it made a great sandwich. I tried other baloney, but couldn't find the right flavor. Finally I found it!! Boar's Head sliced extra thin at the deli. Tastes just like Oscar Meyer.

Nothing better than some good ole Texas Steak (bologna). Get the cheapest white bread in the market. Spread Mustard on both sides. Lay a slice of yellow American cheese on one side and a slice of thick bologna on the other side. Grab a handful of Lays potato chips and put on bologna side of the sandwich. Cover chips and bologna with the other slice of bread and cheese and press together. Your taste buds will thank you.

All these ideas are great, but the best comes from the now closed Pliney Supper Club, in Pliney, West Virginia. Use a large bun, thick sliced fried bologna, cheese, fried egg, lettuce tomatoe onion, and mayo, you will have what was know on their menu as a Pliney Burger.

I make my Boars Head bologna sandwich on wheat french bread, bread sliced thin, bologna sliced thin. I use only Plockman mustard on the bread, a thin slice of Texas sweet white onion, and a slice of each, tomato, lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, sliced dill pickle. I am a 72 year old man, and I always clean up when done. Regards
