CHOW CHOW 
4 c. cabbage
2 c. green tomatoes
2 c. onions
1 c. green sweet pepper
1/2 c. red sweet pepper
3 tbsp. salt

Chop all of above ingredients, mix and let set for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Add:

2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard in spice bag
1 tbsp. dill spices in spice bag

Remove spice bag and add chopped vegetables and heat 10 minutes.

Pack in jars and seal.
