PROTEIN SNACK BARS 
Melt together 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 (12 ounce) package carob chips. Pour over a mixture of 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup wheat germ, 1 cup nuts, and 1/2 cup sunflower seeds. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan and cut into bars.
