CINNAMON CARROTS 
9 sm. carrots, scraped
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. boiling water

Place carrots in a 1 quart casserole. Combine butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon and water. Pour over carrots. Cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours in 350 degree oven. Serves 4.
