SPANISH RICE 
1 pkg. hot dogs
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. water (optional)
1 can olives, pitted, drained
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. frozen vegetables
Dash of pepper

Saute hot dogs which are cut up into 1 1/2 inch lengths, with oil. Add onions, tomato sauce and water. Simmer until heated. Add frozen vegetables, rice and olives. Stir. Put into large casserole and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

May use hamburger instead of hot dogs and use the whole box of frozen vegetables.
