WILD RICE SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. sliced Spanish olives
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Cook rice according to directions on box (omit butter). Cool. Drain pea pods on paper towels. Combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Pour over remaining ingredients. Chill.
