BITE SIZE PIZZAS | |
1 lb. pork sausage 3/4 to 1 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 sm. can tomato paste 1 sm. can tomato sauce 2 cans of 10 each Pillsbury Flaky biscuits Mozzarella cheese Simmer sausage until half done. Add onion and cook until sausage is done. Drain. Add sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Separate each biscuit into 4 layers and place on cookie sheet sprayed with "Pam." Add sauce. Freeze on sheet, remove and place in plastic bags and freeze. When ready to serve, remove from freezer, add mozzarella cheese to each. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 80 small pizzas. |
