PEAR BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated pears
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 6 ingredients and make a well in center. Combine remaining ingredients separately by hand. Pour into the well and stir by hand. Put in 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees or until tested done.
