4 slices chopped bacon 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1 head cabbage, shredded 1 sm. onion, chopped Brown bacon. Add sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise, and salt. Cook for a few minutes; cool and pour over cabbage and onion. | |

Love the sound of the dressing. Wonder how it would be over "cooked" cabbage & onion?? I believe this dressing could be used either way. Will try and post at later date.
