1 lb. broad egg noodles 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 sticks melted butter Cornflake crumbs 8 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. milk 2 tbsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain 1 lb. egg noodles. Beat cream cheese and eggs. Add butter, milk, sugar and vanilla. Blend. Add cooked and drained noodles. Put in 9x13 inch dish and top it with cornflake crumbs. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes and enjoy! |
