COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 cooked and cubed potatoes
1 slice bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1-inch milk (in bottom of pan or roaster)
1 stick melted butter

Put in pan in order given. Do not stir until done.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
