TACO PIE 
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
4 tbsp. water

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Dash of pepper
1 lb. can tomatoes & juice
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. shredded cheddar

Mix ingredients for crust. Roll out crust to fit 9 inch pie pan. Chill. Brown beef and onions. Pour off fat. Add drained tomatoes and spices. Mix juice, eggs and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Combine with meat mixture. Pour into crust and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees, 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
