MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
FIRST LAYER AND CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter melted

Mix and put in an 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipped topping

Mix together and spread over cooled base.

THIRD LAYER:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 box instant chocolate pudding
Milk
16 oz. Cool Whip

Mix according to package directions and dilute whipped topping or mix half and half with milk and whipped topping. Spread over other layers.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cover all with whipped topping.
