MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Blend flour, butter and pecans together, then spread in a baking dish or pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until tan color at 350 degrees. Let cool. Do not grease pan!

Layer over crust. Mix 2 large packages of instant pudding (chocolate or vanilla) in a bowl but don't put but 2 cups of milk per box. Spread over crust.

TOPPING OVER PUDDING MIX: 1 c. sugar 12 oz. Cool Whip

Blend together real good and pour over crust, pudding for topping. Let chill before serving.
