MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 stick melted butter 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 box confectioners' sugar 2 sm. instant chocolate pudding 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 3 c. milk 1 Hershey chocolate bar Mix flour, walnuts and butter together. Spread evenly into bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cream together cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Spread evenly on top of cooled crust. Chill in refrigerator. Mix together pudding, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup Cool Whip and 3 cups milk. Spread evenly on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator. Top with more Cool Whip and shave chocolate bar on top. Store in refrigerator. |
