BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli; washed, drained and cut into pieces
5 pieces fried bacon, crumbled OR Bacon Bits
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. peanuts (I use unsalted)
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Combine broccoli, onions, peanuts and raisins; set aside. Mix salad dressing, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture, toss to coat and top with Bacon Bits. Refrigerate 2 or more hours. Best when made a day before serving.
