JERRY'S BBQ SAUCE 
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. A-1 sauce
2 cans tomato sauce

Saute onions in oil in 2 quart saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce fire and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Makes a little over a quart. Can add more tomato sauce to make thicker.
