IRISH SCONE 
4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 pkg. raisins
1/4 lb. melted butter
Use loaf pan

Melt butter in pan in which scone is to be baked. Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs and milk. Pour melted butter from pan, mix until well blended. Will be very stiff. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
