LEMON CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. oil
4 chicken breasts, split & skinned
1 tsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Chablis or dry white wine
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Fry chicken for 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Thoroughly mix the other ingredients and then cover the chicken. Bake covered for 25 minutes or until tender in a 400 degree oven.
