LEMON LUSH DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick soft butter 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding 3 c. milk Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 25 minutes in 325 degree oven. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk. Spread over bottom 2 layers. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts. Refrigerate. You may use chocolate or other pudding flavor. |
