BAKED CABBAGE 
1 1/2 c. white sauce
5 c. coarsely cut cabbage
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. Longhorn cheese
1/4 lb. processed cheese, shredded
1/2 c. corn flakes

Prepare white sauce. Salt and cook cabbage until barely tender; drain well. In greased baking dish, alternate a layer of cabbage, grated cheese and white sauce. Top with layer of cheese and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese is golden brown. Serves 6.
