BAKED RED CABBAGE 
2 c. red cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 c. cheese, grated
1 c. rich milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Place cabbage in buttered casserole; stir in cheese and milk. Season to taste; sprinkle with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
