6 white potatoes, boiled & peeled
1 lb. cheese, diced
1/2 lb. butter
Salt & pepper

Place sliced potatoes in casserole sprinkled with salt and pepper. Cover with cheese and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 6.
