OVEN BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef tips 2 med. onions 4 stalks celery, cut up 6 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, diced 1 lb. frozen English peas 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 sm. cans tomato sauce Mix all ingredients together in large pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If too soupy, thicken with 3 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup water. |
