BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli or cauliflower, cut up (about 6 cups)
1 can soup (cream of chicken or mushroom)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/3 c. crushed cheese crackers (6)

Cook vegetables in salt water about 10 minutes. Drain and put into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and cheese together. Pour over vegetable. Top with cheese crumbs crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
