CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
Approx. 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter over low heat. Pour into bowl and add cocoa powder. Stir with wooden spoon until well mixed. Add about half of powdered sugar and all milk and vanilla. Stir gently until mixed (mixture will be lumpy). Then beat with wooden spoon until smooth. Slowly add the rest of the powdered sugar, beating well. Beat in more milk if needed to make frosting soft enough to spread. Use to frost choice chocolate cake. Makes about 1 cup. Double this recipe if you doubled the choice chocolate cake.
