POOR MAN'S PIROGI 
Pork hocks or neck bones
Rigatoni noodles
Sauerkraut
Caraway seeds
Chopped onion

Cook sauerkraut with pork hocks or neck bones. Add 1/2 of a chopped onion and caraway seeds. Cook meat until tender. Cook rigatoni. Drain rigatoni and add to sauerkraut/pork mix.
