CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
Salt
2 boned chicken breasts, split
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli; drain and arrange in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cook chicken in boiling water about 35 minutes; drain and arrange on broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken. Combine bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle crumbs and cheese on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
