BERRIES ON A CLOUD 
4 slices angel food or sponge cake
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in quick thaw pouch thawed
1 tbsp. brandy
1 tbsp. orange liqueur
1 pt. vanilla strawberries ice cream or raspberry sherbet
1 c. prepared whipped topping

Toast cake in broiler just until golden brown about 5 minutes combine strawberries, brandy and liqueur. Place cake slices on individual serving plates. Top each with a scoop of ice cream about 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture and a generous spoonful of whipped topping. Makes 4 servings.
