CHERRY-BERRIES ON A CLOUD 
6 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven at 275 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until frothy. Gradually beat in 1 3/4 cup sugar. Beat until stiff, about 15 minutes. Spread in pan and bake one hour. Turn off oven and leave meringue until cool. Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Gently fold in whipped cream, sour cream and marshmallows. Pour over meringue crust and refrigerate overnight. Cut in serving pieces and top with cherry and berry topping.

TOPPING:

1 (15 oz.) can of cherry pie filling
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Serves 12 to 15 people.
