CHERRY BERRIES ON A CLOUD 
STEP 1:
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 3/4 c. sugar

Beat ingredients until soft peaks form. Then add sugar gradually and beat 15 minutes. Put egg white mixture into a "dry" 9x13 pan. Bake 60 minutes at 275 degrees. Turn oven off; leave in oven overnight or 12 hours.

STEP 2:

Cream together 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened), 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add to creamed mixture 2 cups whipped cream and 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Put in refrigerator overnight or 12 hours.

STEP 3:

Cut in serving pieces and top with cherry/berry topping.

BERRY TOPPING:

1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
